Job Description
- End to end scale up activity from Plant/R&D to commercial scale
- Absorb the process from R&D/Plant and study the same and come out with query considering the plant constraint ask to modify the same if not feasible in plant
- To map the process w.r.t available resources/ equipment and informed to operation head for the further course of action.
- To absorb the Plant/R&D demo batch and identify the critical requirement of the process and provide the suggestion.
- To plan for the DMF validation batch in plant and ensure that all the pre defined samples and other CGMP compliance is adhere while doing the validation batch
- To select the equipment for scale up and discuss with R&D/ Production head and finalize it.
- To observe the initial scale batch critically and de bottle neck problems face in the plant
- To have complete material and energy balance and effluent data for scale batch and information about the process
- To check the ML and aqueous layer of the product carry over and try to recover the same by extracting and distillation
- To act as a tool between QC, QA & R&D to absorb the technology from lab to plant.
- To prepare the HAZOP study and implement the suggestion
- To prepare do’s and don’ts and train the production team on regular basis about the process
