Job Description

Emcure Sanand Vacancy

⚫ Production :

• Exposure of Complex Injectables.
• Batch Manufacturing.
• Exposure to Leak Test/ Skid Operations/ Filling/ Vial.
• Autoclave Operations.
• Exp of Handling Isolator/VHP Based Filling Area.

⚫QC :

• Exposure of water HPLC, Dissolution, GC and other Instruments with AMV, RM, PM, FP product analysis.
• Handling of QMS related Activities
• Exposure of various instruments/ software like empower 3, LIMS and other software.
• QC -Microbiology :
  • Environment Monitoring.
  • Sterility Testing.
  • Water Testing.
  • Bacterial endotoxin test.
  • Microbial limit test.

⚫ Engineering :

• Utility : 
  • Exposure of HVAC.
  • Exposure of Water system.
  • QMS.
  • Documentation.
  • Qualification of Equipment.
  • Knowledge of Utility operations.
